TerraVida had three licenses to build holistic wellness centers in Eastern Pennsylvania. Milford was able to work with a designer/architect to design the space and fixtures to represent a friendly, homey environment. We then value engineered 3 locations at once to amortize the costs across multiple projects ultimately saving the customer money.
