How It Gets Done
Our process has five steps: consult, design, engineer, manufacture, and deliver. We talk through the constraints first, develop design concepts second, and value-engineer the approved concept for cost before production begins.
Production happens at our Quakertown, Pennsylvania, facility or through our established international resources, and we recommend an approach as part of value engineering. Warehousing, freight, and nationwide installation follow production, and those logistics and installation services keep a multi-store rollout arriving on schedule.

We handle both. We take on individual custom projects and full turn-key programs, from one countertop case to a rollout across many locations. The design and engineering process is the same either way.
Our fulfillment team handles kitting and assembly, custom packaging, collating, and pre-pack services, so shipments arrive sorted by store. Inventory management, freight coordination, and installation by our own crews follow from there.
The decision comes out of value engineering. Production at our Quakertown facility suits shorter runs, tighter timelines, and builds that need close oversight. International production lowers unit cost as run sizes grow, and some programs are split between the two by component. We recommend an approach once we know quantities, timeline, and what the fixture has to do.
Our range covers close to all materials and finishes. Material selection follows from what the fixture has to do, so wireless store fixtures in high-traffic positions get specified differently from a case holding premium accessories.
